If anyone has time...
Let me know what these games are like... - Holy Beast: You get 6 shapeshifting races to choose from and then go around kicking ass. So I gather.
- LaTale: Know how I'm a sucker for animated gifs? This game's full of them. But I didn't actually look much at the gameplay... Think I'd be mostly satisfied with the sprites on a well-laid out page, though there's this for now.
- Megaten: Might be shit, might be secretly awesome; there's a theme to do with multi-cultural demons but I'm not sure about the gameplay.

Crotus moves
It was one sunny morning in the hillside village when he saw his next meal going out for its breakfast. Sneaking forward to the end of the branch, Crotus readied himself. Deep breaths, wings tensed, talons squeezed their holds then released as he sprung forward! There was a crunch as the branch, too young for his weight, cracked beneath the force of his spring and the sudden force of the leaves of this branch hitting him knocked his light body down. Crotus made use of his agility to roll onto his front and then crawled out of the debris. Prowled. He was still focused on his prey; he could see it stuffing its snout into its trough to gobble up the remains the older boars had left behind. He crept up quickly forward, wings tightly pressed to his side, speeding up as he got onto the plain level with his awaiting victim. One of his feet got caught in a rabbit hole, which took him a while to release himself from, but the pig had not moved from the trough in this time, so he kept on approaching. So close! He was thankfully upwind from the creatures so as not to destroy his appetite, and scentless enough not to disturb theirs, and his relentless land approach could not be stopped now, he felt sure, all that there was between him and the creature was a few metres and… …A fence. Crotus stopped in his tracks and lifted his head to eye the blockade. So this is why he’d planned an aerial attack. The pig lifted its stained snout to stare at him. It apparently decided the young blue dragon behind the fence was of no consequence, and stuffed its face back into the trough, grunting as it sought to get the remains of its breakfast which had stained into the old woodwork. Birds had started chirping nearby. Crotus glanced over to the houses. It didn’t seem as if anyone was coming his way, so he went with awkwardly climbing the fence. It took his weight easily on the way in. On the way out it crumpled, and left the confused beast tangled in the wire that had been used to sturdy it. Deep in his stomach, the sweetly dreaming pig passed away. Deep in the town centre, a young farmhand was yelling her lungs out about the beast she’d just seen attack and swallow one of her livestock. +++ “Have we met before?” Crotus opened his eyes. Full on pig, he’d fallen asleep in the remains of the fence. Meanwhile the pigs had walked out over him and were spread across the countryside, having their fill of the local fungi and plantlife. Crotus, however, had trouble seeing this sight due to the wire, wood and boots in his way. “Oy. Come on pig-eater.” One of the boots moved forwards and prodded Crotus’ snout. The young dragon opened his mouth in what was probably an instinctive sign of aggression, but it turned into a yawn. The weather was still warm and he was enjoying the sunbeams playing on his exposed back. The feet in the boots got ready to take weight and Crotus observed the world slowly turn around as he was rolled free of the fence and lifted up before being slumped on some shoulders. Crotus then entertained himself by watching the ground bob closer and further away as his bearer walked towards the woodland patch from where, hours previously, Crotus had first spied his pork breakfast. As they got closer Crotus recalled the small pool near the border of the woodland, and wriggled free. Landing on the ground, on his side, with a soft “flump” the dragon rolled onto his front and dragged himself to the pool, where he stuck his head in and slowly began to drink from the insect-swarmed water. “You’re a dumb one and no mistake.” There was that voice again as Crotus lifted his head out, insects landing on his face for the cool water that covered it. He looked over to the owner of the voice. It was a tall male human; he had thick leather boots and a hat. He also had the remains of a cape and several layers of clothing, few of which were in good condition, layered up to make something that covered his skin. He had mismatched leather gloves and a belt with a faded buckle. Despite these qualities however, he stood tall. Currently the man was rubbing a thumb along the stubble of his jawline and mumbling something Crotus couldn’t make out over the buzzing of the insects around his head. The dragon opened his mouth again, exposing his teeth as some primitive warning, and then flopped down by the water, tired. His mind trailed off to thoughts of flight and warm rocks that he could sleep on as the man knelt down on the other side of the pool and started to shave using a knife he’d brought with him. +++ Crotus peacefully regained consciousness to see the tall man in the tough but battered clothing testing the wind with his finger. In the distance Crotus could hear the baying of the teyrounds. It sounded as if the people of the village had called in the local guard, and that they were ready to look for something. “Can you walk yet?” Crotus scowled at the man. Clearly this person had not yet learnt from his displays of ferocious behaviour. If he could not take the hint of seeing Crotus’ teeth, then obviously he would need to be dealt with in a more severe manner. “Crnnng…” growled Crotus. To his surprise the man did not quaver, but Crotus hid his confusion with more glowering, and lifted his wings slightly. The human responded by tutting and walked over to pick Crotus up and plopped him back down into a standing position. “Walk, scaly.” Crotus snorted. Had he not felt like walking, then he would not have let, he decided, this human get away with his disrespectful behaviour. However, luck was apparently on the man’s side, as he had for some reason acquired a wish to move away from this hillside. Some bits and bobs of writing...
Just some random sentences I came up with when I was trying to get into the mood to write a story... Didn't work. - In the far off lands, Shayko imagined that things would be quite different.
- Another time, there was a huge explosion that wrecked half of the docks.
- When the sun rose, there was little left apart from the debris and ragged cloth scraps; bodies lay damaged and broken with no carrion feeders yet recovered enough to take advantage of their feast.
- The only way that the toll could be reached was to start imposing stricter punishments.
- In a way, the land had sought out its revenge, so thought the high earl Kryne, looking out on the beautiful swaying crops of the fields that had bought so much destruction.

COMIC THEME
With some examples! The DM of the Rings: Nerdy humour! - Example 1: Avatar judgement.

- The Escapist: Stolen Pixels: Same guy as DM of the Rings, and a sign that The Escapist has more than just Yahtzee!
Faux Pas: Charming little Disney-esque style art that tells the story of a fox animal actor.
Couldn't pick an example, but it's cute! Though the hen's into writing furry fiction. DAMN IT, EVEN CHICKENS ARE FURRIES!
Elf Only Inn: Ah, RP chat rooms. Unfortunately, though having its moments, not even I could read this whole comic (too much "plot" comes into it and it's really hard to give a damn about the drama of these characters).

Generally a dull comic, but mneh. I like some bits.
That's dull, and I've read the entire 2000+ Irregular Webcomic comics so far. Which reminds me:
- X-Mas Cthulhu. It has one most every year!
- Coffeeburger: Rude, crude and politically incorrect. Some of this cracks me up, though bits of it (like Quit Your Day Job) are mostly so-so.
Lastly; Cigarro & Cerveja always rocked my socks, and apparently it's now done! Oh no! Well, here are some highlights...

Dumbass riddle barely works.
Oh well. Nevermind. Wouldn't recommend anyone waste their time with this one, I'm just partially venting.
Looking on, understanding I suppose,
Could I even retry now, again now?
Repeating myself I tire of too fast,
Not the ending, at least, I hope,
How could the end, with its simplicity,
But without its true finality,
Why should it stopping matter in that sense?
Could it be that, if I found another way to view death,
You wouldn't be reading into endings at all?
Six question, but the answer is unimportant to things,
Why should a cockeral care why the tit sings,
If a riddle were meant to be easy as life,
Then maybe I could find an end. I'll so try again to put this together,
Can I still look out for underestimation in this,
Should. But how can I, seeing that, in side,
It's slightly less of useful in significance to my thoughts. Now one last time let me try,
To create forth a riddle,
One with an end and a start and a middle,
Take back my six question, put together at the start,
And work out what nuisance bothers the heart
